Accounting Manager - Leading Battery Manufacturer Listed in HK

Our Client is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead all the financial functions, reporting to Head of Finance based in Vietnam.

With more than 10,000 employees in which more than 500 are technical officer, and 105 production lines from China, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, India and Vietnam, its production volume coming from Vietnam takes up 8% of the capacity, making it one of the largest facilities of the Group.

Description

• Organising and supervising the operations of the accounting functions within the company
• Preparation of all accounting entries into the company's financial system as it relates to overhead transactions, payroll, taxes, fees, etc.
• Verification and preparation of payments to vendors for office expenses and/or payroll.
• Prepare and submit business related tax filings.
• Responsible for transactions with related stakeholders and governmental agencies
• General Ledger analysis will be required as well as journal entry and accounts payable voucher creation and bank statement reconciliations.
• Planning Financial Management and managing the cash flow, payments, banking functions
• Preparing annual budgets and maintaining updated forecast to have healthy cash cycle of the company
• Performing other duties as assigned

Profile

• Vietnamese nationality with Chief Accountant Certificate is a MUST
• Good English and/or Chinese communication is required
• Accounting or Finance University Degree is required
• 6-8 years of working experience in manufacturing, especially in EPE business experience is highly preferred.
• Great attention to details, well organized and work well under pressure
