ROLE

Responsible for providing support to marketing teams, assisting with the request for proposals, assembling the marketing/sales presentation materials, and updating the materials as needed. Assists in compilation of marketing metrics and business statistics. Coordinates mass mailing lists and produces sales performance reports.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides support to sales and marketing staff by utilizing Microsoft office applications including Word, Powerpoint and Excel at an advanced/expert skill level.
  • Develops, updates, customizes, and assembles marketing or sales materials for client/prospect presentations or meetings.
  • Completion of non-standard/non off the shelf Due Diligence Questionnaires. Includes sourcing of responses from database, SME liaison and project management of response documents within deadlines.
  • Completes formatting/branding of RFPs and routine completion of Due Diligence requests.
  • Assists in coordinating the arrangements for seminars, meetings, and conferences sponsored for bank clients and prospects.
  • Coordinates mass mailing lists and the mailings of materials to current and prospective clients utilizing Exact Target or other enterprise tool.
  • Assists with review and maintenance of content on Mosaic including running inventory reports and identifying documents to be updated/ retired.
  • Interacts on an ongoing basis with partners in finance or product areas to obtain business statistics and updates tracking spreadsheets on regular (monthly/quarterly) basis.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

Required Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new tools for marketing related functions (Exact Target, Marketing automation tool, Mosaic, Sharepoint, etc.).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic marketing concepts usually obtained through related work experience or formal education is required to assist with fee proposals and develop the marketing materials.

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience in large data analytics a plus
