Our Back Office team in Malta is growing. We are looking for an account payable, fluent in English. We are looking for a person who likes to learn, is proactive and who is used to work in a fast-paced and international environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of payments and invoicing disputes.
  • Prepayments handling.
  • Claim of outstanding balances to our vendors.
  • Supporting of our vendors and offices in destinations around the world on daily bases.
  • Preparation of regular reports and other ad-hoc reports.
