Description

  • Coordinate and lead the business discussion with commercial teams and project owners.
  • Under direction of Manager Business Planning, lead and manage the translation of strategic plans into operational business plan and financial plans which support local market strategy and priorities, ensuring that all commercial activities are aligned.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis to support decision making process and maximize ROI
  • Lead the building of business/commercial scenarios (at market level) and present to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide insightful analysis to support on the conversion of the consumer journey into financials and integrate into business plan
  • Lead and manage the Commercial discussion to derive insights for accurate forecasting methodology and delivery of the results
  • Proactively be involved in cross-functional projects or lead projects in the project-based organization
  • Lead and manage the preparation of presentations & reports aiming to give a clear and comprehensive view of the business to various internal and external stakeholdersUnderstand and analyze macro-economics environment
  • Manager Business Planning in delivering presentation of recent Taiwan consumer products industry market trends to various stakeholders
  • Be the face to external partners and key contact point within the organization
  • Manage local data governance to ensure alignment with THE COMPANY standards
  • Lead and participate in new business initiative discussion, including Business Development opportunities, where required
  • Analyst in Business Planning knowledge and skill base. This covers basics of the Taiwan consumer products industry, monthly performance review, training on

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar capacity
  • Previous experience with a multi-national (or internationally-based) organization with Business Planning and/or Strategic Planning experience
  • Previous experience in a FMCG industry will be advantageous
  • Communication & Story Telling
