We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Bank Operations

Summary

Responsible for researching internal systems and reports for responses to subpoenas, levies, and other legal matters. Handling and processing of in-depth financial transactions such as deposit and withdrawal processing, general ledger balancing and reconciliation, posting payments, account adjustments, W-8 and W-9 document processing, and updating procedures. Responsible for reporting and executing account status changes and maintenance. Review documents and contact clients to clear Client Identification Program (CIP) alerts.

Main Duties:

  • Searches various databases and reports for evidence of client relationships in response to legal matters.
  • Responsible for identifying and resolving client matters within established guidelines.
  • Posts, researches, and balances legal ledger.
  • Meeting all time sensitive and daily deadline driven tasks.
  • Works effectively with internal clients/partners as well as external.
  • Knowledgeable of the core aspects of banking and accounting/ reconcilement.
  • Strives to become proficient in all areas of the job.
  • Successfully generates, creates and presents formal reports.
  • Proactively assess client needs with initiative and refers more multifaceted issues to subject matter experts and/or supervisor.
Qualifications
  • A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • Basic understanding of banking procedures is preferred
  • Attention to detail; analytical and problem-solving skills are required
  • Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experience are a plus.
