Our client is a well known FMCG client who is looking for talented individual to join their vibrant team.
Description
- To perform the role of a key member of the Factory Management team by providing all input related to Financial/Cost management, Investment performance, planning and forecasting etc. to ensure that the resources of the Company are best utilized and returns are ensured in line with the overall long term objectives of the Company as well as short term objectives such as achievement of the Annual Sales/Volume, Profitability and Working capital targets.
- To assist in long term strategic planning exercise by providing all financial data and analysis
- To lead the annual financial planning process in line with the global process and timeline
- To prepare the monthly reporting to agreed timelines, thoroughness and standards with guidance and including monthly reconciliations are completed.
- To provide structure analysis support and ad-hoc reports and analysis such as cost movement, PPV, variance, stock wastage, etc for decision making.
- To provide sourcing analysis support for benchmarking in existing or new products.
- To ensure compliance with the concern transfer pricing policy for the import and export of Inter-company products
- Any other ad-hoc tasks whenever required
Profile
- Bachelor degree in Finance and/or Accountancy
- Professional qualification will be added advantage
- At least 5 years working experience preferably with costing and manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage
- Good listening and coaching skills, capable of building strong working relationships and influencing both external agencies and internal teams
- Track record of good initiative and strong results delivery
- Ambitious and keen to take on responsibility in an organization that provides a high level of autonomy and individual responsibility
