In this role, you will own the data analytics function for Talent Acquisition team in EMEA, drive global data reporting forecasting projects by working collaboratively with the global business analytics team. You will utilize business intelligence tools to analyze data drive key recommendations. You will work with Talent Acquisition leadership to achieve business objectives communicate insights to key stakeholders. You will recognize adopt best practices in reporting analysis, including data integrity, analysis, validation, documentation; drive results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

You will provide analytical support for various Talent Acquisition programs, build tools to surface timely, meaningful, actionable data that will drive proactive decision making. Your analysis will contribute deeply to the development of our strategy drive impact against our hiring objectives. You will collaborate with subject matter experts within across Amazon to work through complex problems to create unified scalable reporting solutions at an enterprise-wide level. You will have the opportunity to partner with the central HR Information teams as an influencer on their next generation road map.

In this role, you will:

• Support data needs related to business cadence such as weekly, monthly quarterly business reviews.
• Deliver own data-led performance improvement projects to increase efficacy efficiency of EMEA Global Talent Acquisition
• Work directly with senior to analyze data produce tangible insights that guide operational technical product roadmaps.
• Drive projects for reporting requirements methodologies work with the global team of business analysts data engineers to deploy scalable consistent reporting solutions.
• Build recurring ad-hoc analytical models to inform operational strategy in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
• Develop new techniques to process large data sets, address quantitative problems, recommend white spaces for experimentation.
• Build dashboards that enable leaders to understand our business data, assess functional business performance and develop targeted action plans.
• Provide relevant training to support to Talent Acquisition team members.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related field
• Experience with SQL, data warehousing, statistical analysis tools, MS Excel, Tableau, data tools like ; experience extracting processing data using SQL Excel
• Relevant experience in a business analyst, financial analyst, data analyst statistical analysis role
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical non-technical customers
• Customer-oriented with experience working directly with senior leaders end-customers
• Experienced with frontend support from defining requirements for reporting needs through to implementing end user testing, training communication for new/updated reports
• Comfort/experience communicating influencing across job levels with both internal external partners, using data analysis to back up assumptions
• Ability to deal with ambiguity competing priorities manage multiple projects across a range of stakeholders
• Understanding of data modelling and demonstrated analytical and mathematical proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience / interest in the Human Resources Recruiting field
• Effective verbal written communications skills
• Possesses organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time , meeting deadlines
• Sound business judgment, attention to detail ability to
• Ability to manage multiple projects across a range of stakeholders
• Background in statistics methodology, applications to business problems, / big data
• Experience in scripting languages () for parsing data analysis.
• Experience with one more of the statistical modeling languages/ toolboxes (R, SAS).
• Experience of business intelligence reporting tools (OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos).
• Understanding of and proficiency in data engineering concepts
• Experience using test / control methodology, and using machine learning techniques
• Advanced technical business degree (MS MBA)
