Charterhouse Group are at a critical stage in their development - having acquired 5 separate businesses in the last year alone - and are undergoing significant investment in internal systems and infrastructure to best enable the organisation as a whole to take advantage of the opportunity ahead. The Finance Business Partner for Tech & Services is key to this development. A highly visible role within finance and a key part of the Technology, LAN & Services Divisional Management team, working alongside departmental heads.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide finance support to the Division, owning information and KPI's that provide real insight into performance of the Division and enable informed decisions. You will oversee the month-end close and will take the lead in the classic FP&A duties of financial planning/forecasting for the division, as well as owning the reporting and MI packs that go to the Divisional Management team periodically. You will play a key role in Sales Order Intake forecast methodology and disciplines, with a keen eye and focus on maximising cash. You will be expected to bring an innovative approach to the wider finance team, looking to continually improve internal processes and enhance the reputation of the finance department. There will be times when you have to roll up your sleeves and dig in, but you will be able to maintain sight of the ultimate end goal and stick to the plan of how to get there. You will also be a key part of the IT systems evolution, acting as finance champion in the fostering of an integrated, collaborative data-led culture within the organisation as a whole.
