Medium Sized Practice – Clonakilty
Crowley & McCarthy is an independent medium-sized firm of chartered accountants based in Cork. The practice provides a full range of accountancy, audit and taxation services to a diverse portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
We are currently recruiting for audit / accounts seniors and semi-seniors to join our Clonakilty and Cork City teams, with good opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit/accounts/tax preparation assignments as senior, including managing work of juniors and semi-seniors;
- Complete assignments, adhering to internal and external standards and deadlines;
- Responsibility for training new hires to the team;
- Maintain and build client relationships.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified or part-qualified accountant
- Strong audit and accounts preparation experience
- Ambition to drive career
- Desire to learn, improve and understand new methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast paced environment
