Our client are an international media firm based in South West London. The position, Accounts Payable Clerk with SAP (Temporary to Permanent role), will be recruiting on a 12 month FTC to begin with.

Description

This role, Accounts Payable Clerk with SAP (Temporary to Permanent role), involves:

The role will include:

 Posting of complex cross-company and intercompany invoices

 Participation in payment runs

 Posting of payments, clearing of vendors and FX differences

 Ownership of key vendors accounts and Overheads spend

 Posting and subsequent clearing of Direct Debits

 Reconciling and posting of AMEX

 Processing weekly BACS, CHAPS and International payments

 Uploading of payments onto Deutsche Bank online portal

 Ensuring invoices are paid on time and receiving appropriate authorisation for payments.

 Vendors statement reconciliation

 Working closely with the wider business to resolve queries

 Continually improving processes

 Processing employee expense claims

 Aged Creditors reporting

 Producing appropriate reports on a periodic basis

This role is an Accountancy based position and it is vital that candidates have worked on SAP. Candidates without SAP cannot be considered for this role.

The position is based in South West London, close to Central London and easily accessible from stations such as Victoria, South Kensington and Gloucester Road.

Profile

The candidate we are looking for must have SAP. Candidates without SAP cannot be considered for this role.

The position is a contract to permanent role so candidates must be happy starting on a contractual basis.

The role is also looking for someone on a maximum of 2 weeks notice.

Job Offer

This role is offering up to £30,000 for a strong accounts payable clerk with extensive SAP experience. Salary will depend on level of SAP exposure.
