FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER / DECISION SUPPORT ANALYST My client, a market leading international business which has grown significantly in recent years is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner / Decision Support Analyst for one of their business areas. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated person to join a growing department and the successful candidate will provide timely, reliable and insightful support that drive Executive financial and commercial discussions, and actions. Building financial and performance insight will include developing financial forecasts and analyses, generating internal management reports and monitoring key performance indicators. About the role Help the Business Unit Leaders to understand their financial performance, trends and the relevant underlying drivers to support business growth and increased profitability objectives; Work with Business Unit Leaders to devise and implement performance improvement programmes - improved profitability, accelerated cash flow, etc.; Work with the Business Unit Leaders to support budgeting; forecasting and other business modelling activity; Conduct profitability reviews, together with appropriate response plans; Project Manage the development and implementation of certain system and process changes to support better quality reporting and forecasting. About you A recognised University degree or equivalent (minimum grade 2.1) Newly or recently qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Minimum of 3/4 years working in aggressive commercial roles Experience working in a Decision Support, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering role MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Strong analytical and report-writing skills Strong inter-personal skills Strong business development acumen A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Analytical Proactive Assertive, determined and resilient Well-developed communication skills Proven project management abilities Advanced MS Office User
