Our client is looking for a Data Analyst that is an Excel Superuser to grow with their business based in Redhill.

Our client is a growing business looking to add a Data Analyst to their dynamic team based in Redhill.

Description

Receive data from attendance recording devices.

Process the data to provide time records for employees - this is to be carried out each week to provide payroll information.

Investigate all anomalies in the received data and speak to managers to resolve.

Incorporate data provided by hand-written time-sheets.

Develop the reporting systems to utilise the analytical and macro capabilities of Microsoft Excel

Act as the company's "Excel Superuser" and assist other staff in developing their Excel skills

Assist the accounts department in developing reports and data capture from the corporate accounting software.

General assistance within the operations and accounting departments.

Profile

High degree of numeracy

Excellent Excel skills (ideally competent with macros but not essential);

Attention to detail

Confident telephone manner (in dealing with site queries)

Self-motivation

Job Offer

Salary Range:

£20,000 to £23,000 p.a. depending upon experience and qualifications

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Holidays:

20 days p.a. (rising to 25 days over 5 years) plus statutory holidays
