Job Purpose:-
To Follow up on the division marketing activities, monitoring and controlling the timely payment towards debit notes, receivables from principal suppliers, maintaining an up to date record and supporting documents to positively impact the company's cash flow.
Prinicipal Accountabilities:-
1) Obtains approvals of principal suppliers to execute the planned marketing activities to increase product awareness and direct sales.
2) Monitors and control the marketing activities to ensure spending is within the approved budget.
3) Organizes and maintains up to date files and records of the prinicpal supplier's agreement copies display pictures to ensure smooth reference of documents and timely encashment.
4) Collects marketing activities credit notes from the accounts department and forward the same to the clients and principal suppliers.
5) Receives stock and sales reports from supply chain / sales departments and calculates the related activity claims.
6) Compiles all supporting dcouments of the marketing activity and raise a debit note to the principal supplier concerned to ensure encashment with in the agreed period.
7) Inform line manager about any discrepancy / delay on payment from principal suppliers to avoid anylate payments.
