Finance and Accounting:
- Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variances, P&L and cash flow;
- Monitors invoicing and money collection;
- Stays in contact with External Auditors;
- Manages employee payroll in coordination with the Accounting department;
- Represents the company in the NSSF and Ministry of finance.
Human Resources:
- Coordinates with the HR department in order to resolve issues related to employees;
- Assists in maintaining staff by being involved in the recruitment process.
Operations:
- Monitors issues related to operations such as: maintenance, transportation, IT related issues including mobile applications and database management, etc.
