This enviable and growing retail business is distributing instantly recognizable brands. This exciting business is looking to hire a new AP officer to join and support their friendly Finance team.

The Role

Working in a team of 8, you will be responsible for performing the full Accounts Payable function with your responsibilities including:

• Being in charge of the EFT/Cheque payment runs
• Preparing remittance advices and processing credit notes
• Processing all invoices and claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Filing Invoice payments and documents
• Conducting daily bank reconciliations
• Conducting supplier accounts reconciliations
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Helping with stock management
• Providing assistance in month end duties

Your Profile

This exciting position is suited to a hardworking individual with a strong Accounts Payable background coming from a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Relevant Accounts Payable experience, processing at least 100 invoices a day
• Successful experience working with a large ERP
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a team player mindset
• Ambition, and the willingness to put in the extra effort to achieve targets and deadlines
