Due to continued growth and recent staff changes a requirement for a Finance and Administration Assistant has arisen. You will be joining and contributing to an established finance team and will work closely with the EA to the Board on the administrative side of the role. You will also work collaboratively with different stakeholders both internal to Hexadex and externally in our three subsidiaries – Eminox, Ceramex and Teconnex.
Responsibilities will include:
• Inputting purchase invoices, matching and coding onto our in-house purchase ledger system.
• Supplier statement reconciliations.
• You will be confident in dealing with supplier queries over the phone and on email.
• Processing staff expense claims.
• With guidance assisting accountant with sales ledger.
• Updating group consolidation spreadsheets.
• VAT reconciliations
• General administrative duties supporting Hexadex managers and EA to the Board as required.
• Organising accommodation and travel both in the UK and abroad for Hexadex staff, as required.
• Assisting the Group Company Secretary and Head of Group Finance with Fleet administration.
• Answering the main Hexadex switchboard, greeting visitors and taking deliveries, as required.
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Carrying out any ad hoc projects and other administrative duties, as and when required.
