Finance Business Partner, 6 month contract, AMS onsite in Vodafone, Dublin South

AMS and Vodafone looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner for a 6 month contract based in Dublin South. The Equinox Programme is a business transformation programme that will impact almost all parts of our business, revolutionising the way we deal with customers and expanding possibilities for innovative design of products and processes. The Equinox programme will introduce change in multiple releases over a 2 year period. The Finance Business Partner is responsible for driving the business to realise the benefits of the programme and obtaining agreement and business ownership for the model to deliver this. The role: As a Finance Business Partner your responsibilities will include: Financial monitoring and forecasting: Ensure financial reporting is fit for purpose to meet needs of business. Monthly monitoring and support to business owners in order to drive operating efficiencies Maintain an understanding and single view of equinox across multiple levels Prepare cost forecasts in conjunction with business owner. Establishing KPI model and approach Analysing the business case as input, establish an agreed KPI model with each business unit. Create a dashboard for the BU to monitor their KPI's and allow the programme is successfully delivering the required transformation benefits. The business case is a starting point, but KPIs should not be limited just to achievement of business case. Establish and drive the approach for BRCM to be taken on the programme. Accountable for securing business ownership of the benefits delivery with key stakeholders using this approach and KPI model. Base lining current performance Confirm a baseline against the agreed KPIs, using existing / new operational reports, and secure agreement to this baseline for each BU Monitoring performance and taking mitigating steps Lead a newly established process with business ownership for monitoring of actual performance against planned performance during / post transformation using the KPI model. Identify and escalate where expected performance / expected transformation benefits are not being delivered Locate other areas where cost benefits exist but were not realised and build into the model and approach Determine mitigating actions and secure programme/BU commitment to achieving these actions. Lead the monitoring and management resolution of issues. Establish operational performance management community Work collaboratively with the project lead and manage key stakeholders  to identify key contacts within the Business Units that are currently involved in operational performance management and establish a working community around BRM with these people. Monitor commercial performance against key KPI A subset of the KPIs will be linked to performance management of the managing partner supporting VF in the delivery of this programme.  Ensure performance against these KPIs is clear and support the commercial performance management process agreed with the transformation partner. Working Relationships Key working relationships will be with BU directors,  managing partner, Business readiness managers, Business Design Lead, Business Delivery Lead, Commercial Contract Manager, and Organisation Change Lead.
