You will be part of the Unsecured Credit Processing team performing timely credit evaluation on the unsecured consumer banking products and services.
Assist the Unsecured Credit Head in projects and management of the team.

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities include:
  • Deputy to the Unsecured Head in PFS Credit in managing the Unsecured team.
  • Processing of Unsecured Loans and Credit Card applications;
  • Ensuring proper documentation and compliance during loan processing;
  • Monitor the team performance efficiency and improves on productivity in meeting Service Level Agreements standards.
  • Embrace digitization initiatives in Credit processes and participate in projects.
  • Work closely with GTO and Business partners to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Familiar with the Bank's Unsecured products and services;
  • With at least 4 years of credit-related work experience;
  • Meticulous; analytical and systematic;
  • Proficiency with numbers and MIS reporting tools, SAS, Excel etc.
  • Proactive able to work independently and adherence to timelines.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Committed and self-motivated
  • Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills;
  • Tertiary education qualification
