This role will work under the guidance of the senior management team to deliver quantifiable analysis about the businesses customer base, its historical performance, key ratios and conversion rates.
As the business has grown quickly through acquisition they are looking to take stock and provide an in-depth analysis of customers via extracting historical information of SAP.
To be successful you will require:
- Data analytics experience and proven track record of working with SAP and Excel (ability to query data and run analysis, extract information)
- Experience in presenting data to senior management for decision support
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to liaise at all levels across an organisation
- Experience working with large data sets to identify and analyse customer trends, customer conversion rates and 'fall-offs'
Ideally you will have experience working with financial information however hands on SAP and general business analysis / commercial acumen is the key here. If you are immediately available and interested in a short term contract that could lead to much, much more then apply now.
