Responsibilities and duties
Strong focus on manufacturing operations, costing and management analysis
Work with operation to conduct value-creation capex analysis
Work with Senior Management to conduct comprehensive financial analysis to provide strategic input
Manage annual budgets and monthly forecasts process, including liaising with other business units to support project initiatives
Deliver detailed commentary which explains key drivers of the business performance
Participate in ad hoc analysis report including strategic insight into results, drivers and trends
Conduct risk assessment
Administrate and supervise a team of finance colleagues and well communication with managerial staffs in other sites.
Manage internal and external audits.
Ongoing maintenance and development of system processes, templates, models and analytical tools
Maintain Policies and Procedures
Implement projects of overhead value-creation
Qualifications, experience and training required
Academic Requirement Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
MBA or equivalent preferable
Working Experience Minimum 5 years' of experience in financial management and auditing in sizable MNCs
Exposure with manufacturing industry an advantage
Optional Qualification Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
Certified Public Accountants of China (CPA)
Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
Skills and competency required
Language Skill English (Proficiency in written and spoken)
Mandarin (Proficiency in written and spoken)
Specific Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of textile or apparel industry
Experience in project management
