Job Description

• Preparation of management report and final accounts
• Bookkeeping
• Posting of financial transactions
• Tax computation
• Filing of statutory returns
• Preparation of bank reconciliation statement
• Preparation of payroll
• Fixed assets register/schedule management
• Inventory management
• Job costing
• Budgeting and budget control
• Updating & monitoring of receivable and payable accounts
• Tracking movement of equipment and materials from one site to another
• Any other duties that may be assigned by supervisors

 

Qualification and Requirements

• A minimum of a First Degree in Accounting
• Professional qualification; ICA / ACCA / CA
• At least 3 years work experience, preferably in the construction industry
