Job Summary

Care UK have a vacancy for a Education and Audit Coordinator based in our central office in Reading

This is a permanent post for 37.5 hours per week and the remuneration is GBP18993 per annum.

Reporting to the Head of Education and Training Health Care your key responsibilities are:

• Facilitate the administration of staff on the Care UK Academy Learning Management
System (LMS).
• Coordinate any national training courses as per the direction of the Head of Education and
• Attend to any emails sent as well as any face to face training provision.
• Facilitate meeting bookings
• Administer the Clinical Audit email inbox and transfer any provisioned data
• Attend all quarterly Education and Training Committee meetings (in Reading and in
London) as required, including taking the minutes for these meetings.
• Administration of all CPD accreditation submissions.
• Administration of the Care UK Training Provider / Training Partner Database
• Assist in the coordination and administrative arrangements for all Care UK Health Care
training interventions arranged by the central training team.
• Administration of the Resuscitation Council registration LMS database for all ILS and ALS

Skill & Experience


• 2 – 3 years' experience working in coordination and administration
• IT skills – MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Able to grasp new IT initiatives and able to communicate this to staff
• Ability to prioritise workload & work effectively under pressure.
• Interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• Attention to detail
