I have an amazing opportunity for someone is who looking for a flexible working arrangement as the Finance Manager is looking for a candidate to come in and support them on a 3 weekly rota with Management Accounts.

The client is an innovative and forward thinking organisation that uses technology to advance the Sciences across the UK.

Description

On a day to day basis you would be supporting the Finance Manager and covering for them when they are away on business which over the 6 months will be quite frequent. Line management skills are not necessarily required but strong accountancy skills are.

As the Assistant Management Accountant, the Finance duties will include:

  • Management Accounts
  • Accruals
  • Pre-Payments
  • Assisting with queries
  • Year End Accounts
  • VAT

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Management Accountant role would have:

  • Management Accounts experience
  • be able to work on the 3 week rota

Week 1 (1-2 days)

Week 2 (2-3 days)

Week 3 (3-5 days)

Job Offer

As the Assistant Management Accountant you would receive:

  • 23,000-30,000 per annum
  • be based in the Vale of Glamorgan
