HK - GCB - Product Manager (Deposits & Treasury Products), Wealth Management

Description

Devise product strategies and manage the execution to drive for sales delivery and portfolio growth to meet financial commitments
Formulate effective marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness in the market
Design sales processes and ensure proper operation control and governance
Ensure full compliance on all regulatory requirements
Develop competent system platform to ensure smooth execution at all sales channels
Conduct on-going training to support product/system launch
Manage strong partnership with all key stakeholders on product compliance and governance, product development, marketing strategy, sales management as well as system enhancement

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years relevant experience in product management. Candidate with more experience would be considered for a senior role
Excellent product knowledge in deposits and FX products with strong sense in forex markets. Prior experience in selling FX products would be an added advantage
Good understanding in market practices as well as regulatory requirements
Can-do attitude, details oriented and able to perform under pressure
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
Solid project management and presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
