Trainee Accountant - Kilkenny Our client is looking for an ambitious Trainee Accountant to join their accountancy firm on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be organised and efficient with a positive attitude towards work, and will provide the highest standard of accounting services to a varied client base on behalf of the company. Job Description: Accounts Preparation for sole traders and companies Preparing and filing personal and business tax computations and returns Company Secretarial Compliance - document preparation VAT & PAYE Returns Dealing with general clients queries Administrative duties Requirements: Third level qualification, ideally in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2.1 Ambition to pursue a relevant accountancy qualification as part of a training contract. High level of proficiency in MS Excel and Word. A good communicator, with the ability to work as part of a team. Some prior accounts experience highly desirable
