We specialize in providing year round accounting and taxation advices for small business clients as well as servicing individuals and other business entities requiring end of year taxation assistance.

3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Reviewing, Preparing and submitting taxation returns and reports for individual clients

· Reviewing, preparing and lodgment of Company Tax Returns /Financial Statements/Compliance work for various tax structures

· Analyzing, reporting and providing professional advice on taxation issues to individual and company clients

· Assisting with tax research for business advice and tax structures

· Liaising with ATO, ASIC, Insurance Company (such as QBE, GIO and Allianz) and Superannuation Funds, etc.

· Handling disputes with taxation authorities

· Create budgeting, cash flow management, financial management & reports for businesses

· Calculation of Capital Gains Tax & other Tax Issue

· Completing and lodging BAS, IAS and consolidated activity statements

· Providing taxation advice on business operations and business structures

· Conducting investigations and advising taxation matters in regards to the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers, capital financing, etc.

· Helping clients solve their tax issues and providing technical suggestions with the usage of accounting software such as XERO and MYOB

· In charge of interns' training and reviewing their working to ensure the accuracy of information contained in BAS and trial balance

· Always updating knowledge and changes in keeping with statutory taxation requirements, etc.

6. QUALIFICATION

Must have a bachelor degree or higher qualification in accounting or finance

7. LANGUAGES

English

A qualified CA/CPA candidate is preferred. Minimum of 2 years' Australian tax experience in an accounting firm. Ability to research and resolved technical questions when required.
