  • They are seeking an experienced Imports/Accounts Payable Clerk - temporary to permanent. Reporting into the Finance team but working within the Imports/Shipping team and providing support to that team with all accounts payable processes including:

A large supply chain business that provide products to the retail industry

Description

  • Purchase ledger
    * Purchase order
    * Paying invoices
    * Inputting Bill of laden
    * Paying suppliers who are based worldwide
    * Currency conversation and processing foreign currency
    * Matching, batching and coding of supplier invoices

Profile

  • Previous relevant experience
  • Bill of laden experience
  • Imports experience
  • Accounts payable experience
  • A good knowledge of MS Excel, must be able to do v-look ups and pivot tables
  • Must be available immediately
