• Perform daily cash flow management, manage account payables and account receivables.
• Handling day to day journal entries, bank account reconciliation, maintaining records and documentation etc.
• Handling petty cash, utility payment schedules, monitoring variances, identifying trends, follow- ups.
• Maintain inventory in good storing condition.
• Supervising inventory department to make sure that all received and issuance has recorded properly.
• Posting the Invoices & Receipts
• Prepare financial statements, reports and records.
• Timely and accurate posting, balancing and reconciliation of the general ledger.
• Bank Reconciliation and outstanding cheques clearing
• Execute management plans into action plans and deliverables.
• Receiving expenses and salaries documents and audit them against completion, validation, and signatures or seals.
• Responsible for quality and safety of all warehouses premises.
• Match collected and issued deposits and cash amounts at the end of each month.
