As Lead Mortgage Oversight Specialist, you will support the Mortgage Oversight Manager and Head of Mortgage Operations in the day to day relationship management of our mortgage servicing suppliers. You will make recommendations on the asset management of our book and make sure that we provide quality assurance and support to our amazing customers.
So what will you be doing….• Looking after the relationship with our third party suppliers in Mortgage Operations and being the main point of escalation for any issues
• Finding ways to improve customer service experience for customers going through their mortgage journey (you might challenge existing ways of working, if you think we can make things better, this is a Revolution after all!)
• Speaking to brokers, colleagues and customers who are in the middle of their mortgage journey and making sure that they experience a seamless process
• Capturing workflows and process maps, as well as educating colleagues on supplier management
• Reviewing loans on different mortgage portfolios and making recommendations based on the characteristic of that loan
• Making sure all things process related are in line with our risk framework
• Preparing reports for risk committees
• Attending meetings alongside senior management You need to be this kind of person…• Passionate about providing unparalleled levels of service and convenience for customers
• Prepared to stick at something – we get nervous if someone has jumped from job to job
• Able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environmentAnd whilst we always aim to train for skills where possible, on this occasion we are looking for someone who is already able to do all these wonderful things…• Experience with monitoring third party supplier performance
• Amazing relationship management skills
• Extensive exposure and understanding of the Mortgage lifecycle covering
