Go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OY89yj_zSIo The Job Purpose of Role: Reporting to the RPO, the purpose of the role is to manage the day to day activities of the retained T&E organisation and act as a liaison between the business and our Service Delivery provider, ensuring that an efficient and effective service is provided at all times to the business. To be the first point of escalation for all queries received by our Service Delivery partner in Calcutta and Bucharest. Key Responsibilities: Support GPO and RPO with the on boarding of our service delivery partner and provide ongoing training and support to the SDP after the transition of the EMEA Travel & Expenses function. Responsible for the Supervision of a team of T&E query resolution specialists. Collaborates daily with SDP team supervisor to ensure escalations and outstanding issues are addressed and managed effectively. Plans and allocates resources to ensure all escalations received from our SDP are resolved in a timely manner. Monitors daily reports from SDP to ensure KPI's and SLA's are met. Effectively manage T&E and SSC objectives including month-end, quarter end & year end close; Conducts Weekly meetings with RPO to ensure all risks are escalated and mitigated. Act as a subject matter expert in Baxter policy and procedures and acting as the point of escalation with the SDP in Calcutta & Bucharest. Identifies and develops strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure important travel and expense information is proactively shared and understood, and that the voice of the business is regularly collected and analyzed. Act as a liaison with LCF on issues which arise from compliance reporting and escalate accordingly to RPO and GPO. Act as a liaison for the SDP and third parties to ensure the highest level of customer service is sustained. Provide regional expertise and guidance on all Baxter P2P systems. Provide support and expertise on all training material and escalate issues relating to system set up and policy compliance. Support the rollout of Concur to all legacy Gambro and Finance manufacturing sites Act as a subject matter expert for the global corporate card and pcard programme. Act as a subject matter expert to our SDP on tax codes and regulatory requirements across EMEA entities. Support the SDP with Audit requirements & VAT reclamation process with our third party provider Qualifications Who you are: Essential: At least 3 to 4 years' relevant travel and expenses experience; Excellent communication skills; Highly motivated individual looking to continuously deliver and exceed; Experience of the SSC environment; Ability to work well under time constraint and/or pressure; Proven problem solving skills; Attentive to detail; Ability to multi-task with a strong sense for prioritisation; Strong customer service focus; Highly detailed knowledge of Accounts Payable process from a procure to pay mind-set; Team player; Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organisational and problem solving skills.Fluency in spoken and written English. Desirable: Working knowledge of information systems such as Concur, JD Edwards Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint Experience of the SSC environment; 2 nd European language; Degree/Diploma in accounting-related discipline.
