Client Details

A fast-growing division within a large UK retain brand based in Stafford are looking to recruit a Finance Analyst to join their logistics division. The brand are a supportive and forward thinking team who are looking for a Finance Analyst to join them. Integral to this role is being able to work independently, proactively problem solve and establish efficient and effective processes. They are based in modern offices and have a great work culture.

Description

The Finance Analyst role reports into the Finance Manager and this role will primarily be working closely with the FBP supporting on the monthly rolling forecast and supporting on month end with journals, and analysis of month end performance. They will be accountable for the transfer pricing process and work in collaboration with ops finance to recognise return on investment in line with transfer pricing and budget assumptions. The Finance Analyst will also take ownership of Capex reporting and monitor spend versus budget escalating any risks or concerns where needed.

Profile

You will need to be either ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with previous in a role that had exposure to commercial analysis. You will need to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will be collaborating with other areas of the business on a regular basis in this role. You will also need to be technically sound and be a strong MS Excel user.
