Digital Audit Assistant Manager, UK Wide
NEW GROUND WON'T BREAK ITSELF.
The Digital Audit Team supports the audit practice to be more digitally enabled, by creating a digital first mindset to the application of our methodology, provide support to help auditors deliver high quality work, whilst managing complex data sets and delivering automated or improved solutions to common audit problems.
Providing support to engagement teams elevates the work performed and takes the audit practice to another level of quality, efficiency, and impact. Our team is at the forefront of the digital transformation of the audit practice.

As an Assistant Manager, within our Digital Audit Team, you will:

A look into the role
As an Assistant Manager, within our Digital Audit Team, you will:
- Design, build, and implement bespoke analytic solutions to engagement teams, working closely with specific engagements to deliver a solution meeting the audit and client needs
- Take solutions delivered for one engagement and transform into a self service app available to the wider audit practice
- Establish a culture where engagement teams choose to seek Digital Audit Team help due to the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of our solutions
- Lead the transition to a digital audit methodology by delivering bespoke solutions that meet the needs of our clients and engagement teams
- Develop proficiency in software such as Alteryx and Python to enable the deployment of a wide range of solutions to meet the specific needs of engagement teams

- An interest in problem solving and thinking differently to find solutions for audit teams and our clients
- Experience handling large and complex data sets
- An interest in our clients, with the ability to confidently discuss audit challenges and needs with engagement teams
- An interest in maintaining and developing your technical knowledge
- Experience in Alteryx or Python, the two principal platforms we use to code, would be a significant bonus, but we have established a comprehensive training programme to support any candidate who has not used these tools before.
