FP&A Manager (Project Accounting)

Constantly looking at ways to improve their customers' experience, they have emerged to be the market leader in their space. Currently, they are looking for a strong FP&A Manager for one of their business lines.

about the role

In this role, you will be in charge of the financial management and the finance operations for the business. You will work closely with the project directors and the operations team. You will conduct project management review meetings, prepare regional scorecards and presentations. You will help the business to understand how they are performing against targets, providing recommendations to meet financial targets. You will manage the revenue, cost and cash forecasting, budgeting and reporting. You will be involved in the cash collection process to ensure a healthy working capital, manage any risk and exposure in the Net Working Capital. You will be guiding the offshore SSC team, drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.

skills and experience required

You should potentially be a qualified CPA with a good understanding in IFRS and project controlling. You are analytical and able to work with parties from different backgrounds. You are a strong communicator, a great team player with strong stakeholder management. You are proactive and meticulous with strong accountability and sense of ownership. Prior experience in the IT/ service industry will come as a strong advantage for this role.
