Job Description
Lead entire gamut of Finance such as Financial Accounting, Budgeting & MIS, Internal Control, Corporate finance and Fund Management, Working Capital Management, Taxation and other statutory compliance, collaborate with Audit assurance teams and Board management.
Ensure financial records are maintained in a systematic manner and as per legal and tax requirement.
Drive annual budget in alignment with the strategic business plans of the company.
MIS Management.
Coordinate with Audit teams for financial closures / tax / cost audits compliances.
Financial Analysis.
Taxation / Labour law / Other statutes related compliances.
To review cash flow forecasting and fund raising with stakeholders.
Review the corporate policies relating to working capital.
To strength treasury strategies.
Collaborate with bankers to raise credit lines at optimal costs
