 Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the supply chain teams to support key productivity initiatives, including validation of savings and correlating key SC metrics to financial performance.
  • Cogs calculation for new products,
  • Monthly analysis for all COGS components, including PPV (by product, RM)
  • Q-ly Stnd cost update & analysis
  • Tolling fee calculation & update
  • Participate in monthly closing process and support the accounting department during month end close to ensure financial data accuracy
  • Drive monthly performance reviews for productions sites, identify Risks&Opportunities within SC costs
  • Work with production sites, R&D, Marketing teams on a number of initiatives including localization projects, providing cost information for innovation and cost reduction projects, identifying cost/performance improvement opportunities
  • Reporting & variance analysis of key SC KPIs (TDC, DOH, PLOH, E&O, Freight/kg, Inventory, Savings, Production volumes etc.) monthly to ensure accurate profitability tracking
  • Support procurement team with RM cost analysis & trends, savings validation
  • Prepare monthly provisions for Obsolete & Slow-moving stock, drive actions for obsolete stock reduction
  • Partner with the Commercial and Supply Chain to implement S&OP reporting and analysis, including comparison of production forecast vs. commercial forecasts
  • Build upon/improve existing financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and planning related to SC costs (production, logistics, procurement, SC overheads)
  • Conduct regular financial reviews with business partners to communicate financial performance, key business issues and provide insights to help the business achieve financial goals.
  • Support delivery of supply chain projects through sound financial advice. Track and validate supply chain savings projects.
  • Proactively identifies and quantifies business issues affecting operational performance.
  • Lead the annual planning process for SC budget & plant sites
  • CAPEX budget & actuals tracking
  • Manage and deliver continuous improvement projects within supply chain finance processes and procedures
  • Ensure operational processes and procedures are compliant and consist with established policies
  • Participates in cross-functional activities
  • Carry out special ad hoc requests and analyses as required

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • Master degree in Finance, accounting or controlling;
  • 7+ years in FP&A / corporate finance / supply chain finance
  • Analytical Skills, high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communicator and a team-player
  • Strong knowledge of 1C ERP/SAP/HFM systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to learn new software systems and tools
  • Fluent English
  • Good communicator with strong presentational skills
