As Head of Finance you will be member of the Parkwind management team and responsible for all finance activities of the company (including foreign companies). As Head of Finance we expect you to take on the following responsibilities: Manage and coach a team of 16 people in charge of controlling, accounting, and corporate finance/Project finance activities of the group. Prepare the finance organization to cope with future growth outside Belgium Managing the financial reporting for the organization. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5 year financial plans and all statutory financial reporting Be a member of the management team and advice on key financial matters that impact the business in the short and long run. Be in close relationship with main stakeholders such as banks, insurance companies,... Guide and follow up on the insurance and contracting activities of the group Be a sparring partner to the other departments within the organization such as business development/ project SPV management/...and advise on different investment proposals. Lead the budget process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, CAPEX, etc...) Follow up on the choice and implementation of an ERP platform Be responsible for a sound cash flow management of the company, ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls and cash needs to fund its investments You manage your team in supporting internal and external audits; You are involved in ad hoc projects and analyses (e.g. incorporation and set-up accounting of new foreign companies); You will directly report to the CEO You have a master's degree and at least 15 years proven track record in finance management, preferably in an international context. You are a team player, willing to coach people to the next level You work in a process-oriented way and respect different deadlines. You are flexible and able to work in a challenging and changing environment. You have extensive expertise in management reporting tools and are able to translate numbers into decision proposals. You have good understanding of IT and business processes and are willing to lead an ERP implementation process.
