This fintech company in Asia with multiple leading businesses in the financial services aims to refine people's lives by reinventing the industry through innovative technology. They are looking for a Finance Manager, who is motivated and open-minded, to support the team in Hong Kong.

Your new role

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsible for all month end closing activities at the group level
• Provide overall financial advice and support to banking businesses
• Handle full set of financial statements, including maintenance and reconciliation of accounts and balances and preparation of statutory accounts and financial reports to investors
• Ensure accounting operations follow all applicable regulatory requirements
• Review financial statements and management reports to ensure they are in compliance with the Group's policies
• Provide financial support including forecasting, budgeting, and analyze variations from budget
• Handle tax computations and tax returns
• In charge of statutory audit and liaise with external auditors

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Qualified Accountant with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience with solid commercial experience
• Good knowledge of HKFRS or IFRS
• Highly self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
