As the Investment Compliance manager, you will lead and manage a small but excellent team to support in the delivery of the companies strategy.

You will contribute towards strengthening the companies risk & compliance governance and reporting framework.

Description

The Investment Compliance manager will be responsible for

• Leading the maintenance and implementation of an effective compliance framework and drive a best practice approach across all aspects of Investment Compliance.
• Overseeing daily pre-trade compliance processes
• Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to develop policies and investment agreements.
• Working closely with the Group Compliance team to actively monitor the changing investment regulatory environment and support the implementation of change initiatives to ensure compliance in reporting with global regulatory obligations

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally have a background in investment compliance and will have worked in the super-fund space before.

You will have fund management experience and will have knowledge of investment products. You will also ideally have asset management experience.
