Your field of responsibility
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to and managing the following:
- Financial accounting reporting for the Head Office and the European branches incl.
- US GAAP reporting to CSG and monthly financial analytical reviews
- Annual Statutory Accounts and annual corporate income taxes and VAT returns
- GAAP reconciliations between US GAAP, IFRS and Lux GAAP
- Responsible for key controls, reconciliations and adequate documentation
- Actively seek opportunities for improvements in the processes and data delivery, eliminating non-value added work and process streamlining
- Maintain the integrity of records, keeping up to date compliance with accounting standards, tax and regulatory requirements
- Gain understanding of business lines and models to capture financial reporting and tax implications
- Managing the implementation of new business projects towards financial and tax reporting compliance
- Liaising with foreign branches and other business units of the Group esp. IT
- Cooperating with other departments and stakeholders
- Managing relationship with auditors
- Coaching, development and feedback for junior team members

Your skills and experience
You demonstrate a strong expertise in Regulatory Reporting or related Audit and are used to senior partner exposure in a fast paced banking environment. More specifically you can evidence:
- 3-7 years of experience in regulatory reporting, accounting or auditing experience
- Graduate university degree in Accounting, Controlling, Finance or Business
- Experience in financial and regulatory reporting, including Basel 3 deliverables
- Exposure to regulatory reporting IT tools (FRS or Abacus)
- IFRS and/or US GAAP exposure
- Good knowledge of MS office tools, esp. Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to comfortably present to auditors and senior management
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Focus on quality and timely delivery
- Continuous improvement and change mindset
- Strong team player attitude
- Ability to work in a matrix structure
- International outlook and experience
- English & German or French fluent
