Your field of responsibility

In this role, you will participate in a multi-month rotational program that will focus on learning different though interconnected subject areas within BMR, including but not limited to, CS Group and entity specific RWA, balance sheet and use calculations, partner management, results analysis, internal and external reporting as well as computations supporting the Firm’s CCAR capital plan submission. This is an exciting and highly visible role that provides great opportunity to grow and liaise with nearly all divisions and support areas within Credit Suisse.

Your future colleagues

Within the Group Finance Division, the Basel Measurement and Reporting (BMR) department is responsible for computing and reporting capital measures of the Firm and certain subsidiaries, including Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), capital, balance sheet & supplementary use and large exposures in accordance with home country and local regulatory rules. Your skills and experience

Strong data analytical skills (working knowledge of Excel formulas and PivotTables is a must).

  • Ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines in a high pressure environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CFA, and/or MBA a plus).
  • Communicate complex financial information, and work well both independently and within a globally distributed team.
  • Proven experience of 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience in reporting or accounting, preferably within financial services.
  • Proven knowledge of data analytical tools such as R or Python is a plus.
