In this role within the Financial Crime Centre of Excellence (FC CoE), you'll be a key member of the MI Governance Management Team.

You'll report directly to the MI Governance Lead (FC CoE) and will work alongside colleagues and teams across the FC CoE and Santander UK (Business Units, Line 2 FC, Financial Crime Transformation Programme and Data Centre of Excellence).

You'll be responsible for the quality of the Financial Crime (FC) MI and commentary on the various FC Dashboards.

The difference you will make.

  • Gathering manual FC data in a timely fashion from data providers to input into the monthly dashboards
  • Leading the Data Validation and Data Quality effort - working with data owners/originators to assess the accuracy of the underlying data
  • Gathering commentary from a diverse group of stakeholders to convert data into insight for management consumption
  • Supporting the MI Distribution, Consumption processes and dashboard visualisation
  • Collating and tracking of actions related to the dashboard changes from the different governance forums
  • Working with the Production Team to convert new business requirements into actionable Data Requirements

What you will bring.

We are looking for people who can help shape, influence and transform the bank's capabilities, ensuring we continue to disrupt financial crimes, and support and enable the right outcomes for our customers.

  • Previous experience in an FC Data/MI role
  • Data quality skills combined with experience in Dashboard visualisation and MicroStrategy

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Confident communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.

This is a permanent role and can be based in our offices in Milton Keynes, Bradford, Glasgow or Sheffield.
