• We deliver independent business review, stakeholder advisory, financial monitoring and business turnaround services helping both the lenders and the borrowers in the highly complex situation of financial distress
• Our group is part of the larger Deal Advisory team comprising over 250professionals providing financial due diligence, business valuation services and advice on managing divestments and acquisitions of companies

What will you do

• Conducting independent financial reviews of businesses in distress
• Preparing, reviewing and verifying financial models and forecasts
• Conducting market research to assess the borrower’s ability to generate cash flows
• Participating in business turnaround engagements
• Preparing reports, presentations and pitch materials

Join us, if you have…

• Working experience in either audit (industrial or consumer markets) or consulting, corporate finance or transaction services advisory for at least 2 - 3 years(Big4 is a plus)
• Analytical skills (using historical data to identify potential issues in the future cash flow forecasts; ability to challenge forecast cash flow assumptions)
• Good knowledge of accounting (Russian GAAP)
• Experience in financial modelling or strategic or operational consulting is a plus
• Ability to process large amounts of data, attention to details
• Excellent Russian and English, both written and oral
