Chief Accountant (based in Dong Nai)

Our client is looking for a Chief Accountant to support the business to penetrate the Vietnam's market, including building the F&A system, in charge of new headcount for the team, and work closely with upper management based in the US.

Description

- Building and maintaining the financial - accounting system;

- Coordinating with the auditing company in the quarterly and annual audits;

- Coordinate with accounting service and other departments to provide documents and accounting information as required.

- Managing staff of the accounting department;

- Cash management, cash flow forecast including making sales list, cash balance, weekly cash usage report;

- Responsible for the ledger, the account balance sheet to compare with the monthly report;

- Prepare financial statements including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and quarterly budget estimates;

- Analyzing and checking year-end data;

- Compare actual costs and estimated costs, analyze differences

- Other related works required by Director of Operations and Group CFO.

Profile

- Fluent in English

- Under 40 years old

- At least 3-4 years of working experience as an Chief Accountant/Accounting Manager/Finance Manager at EPE businesses or Manufacturing Plants

- Experience working in a corporation with multiple lines of business, preferably with international activities

- Strong attention to detail but also have a desire to understand the big picture

- Experience with an ERP system with a good understanding of the data integration from each module, preferably with Microsoft AX Dynamics

- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline, or a combination of education and related work experience.

- Advanced use of MS Excel required

- Knowledge of US GAAP

- International consolidation experience required
