An overseas investment holding company that has a portfolio of business across booming sectors including fintech, digital, cyber security, real estate focusing within the Asia region. They are looking for a dynamic and hands on professional to join them in expansion headcount as a Finance Manager as they have recently relocated their regional hub to Singapore.

about the job

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee the financial controlling and performance review of portfolio companies. You will primarily be managing existing investments and supporting the pursuit of new investments, ensuring that the Group's objectives are achieved, and KPIs met. You will also actively manage their cash flow and fund flow from both operational and strategic aspects, maintain effective banking relationships and ensure governance and compliance.In addition, you will also support the Investment Director in conducting due diligence on transactions and potential mergers and acquisitions.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be ACCA or degree qualified with at least 5 years of hands on accounting experience, preferably in an investment holding or family office. You are independent, hands on and comfortable working in a lean set up as you will be an individual contributor. You are excited to be part of a growing business and agility to work in a flexible environment. You also have an interest in fast growing fintech industry, particularly in crypto and blockchain.
