Responsibilities • Work collaboratively with product owners, business managers and application end users to understand and gather the business requirements • Provide subject matter expert assistance to business teams on key modules of FCS product (financial crime system) while introducing new requirements • Responsibility to document and maintain key project artefacts including business requirements document, functional specification document, product backlog, user stories, acceptance test plans etc. • Coordinate with various teams including design, development and test to ensure the solution is developed and tested as per the business requirements • Act as a pivotal point of contact for clarifying queries around requirements and overall proposed solution for the project teams • Ownership of performing user acceptance test and producing necessary test reports • Planning and resource management for BPIV tasks (business post implementation validations)
Duties • Gather requirements and perform impact assessment of requirements and convert business requirements into functional specifications to be utilized by development and test teams • Write BRD & FSD documents (functional specification document) • Create user stories in JIRA, manage backlog items and prioritise user stories based on business criticality and technical complexity • Perform review of key artefacts like DTD (detail technical design), system and integration test plans, test scenarios and completion reports • Perform test execution from an acceptance and end user perspective • Participate in defect triage meetings and set business priorities for actioning the defects • Participate in BPIV activities • Create user manuals and training documents
• Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
• Domain: Financial crime systems, Banking and Finance sector
• Technical: Oracle PL/SQL, JIRA, ALM, Confluence
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good analytical ability
Employment Experience
• Over 8 years working experience in Financial Crime Domain i.e., in Banking
