Xero Bookkeeper (Practice) - Liverpool City Centre
Description:
A well-established, independent accountancy practice based in Liverpool City Centre, is currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their accounting team. The role is due to growth and is offered on a permanent, full time basis.
Working with a busy team with a wide variety of clients, you will take responsibility for:
• Bookkeeping for a variety of clients using Xero
• Completing Vat returns
• Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
• Bank reconciliations and posting bank transactions
• Ensuring work is completed in a timely manner
• Liaising with clients in a professional manner

Essential Requirements:
• Experience gained in a similar role within accountancy practice
• AAT qualified preferred, but not essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience of Xero, Quickbooks or other cloud based accounting packages
