Qualifications
Candidates should:
- Management of bank's outsourced service provider (OSP)
- Manage relationship with OSP and deliverables; ensure that SLA is met at all times
- Ensure vendor's compliance with bank's outsourcing, business continuity, information security and regulatory guidelines
- Review operational procedures and guidelines; implement process improvements
- Perform root cause analysis and investigation for any incidents/outages
- Negotiate contract renewals and evaluate proposals submitted by vendors during RFP exercises
Qualifications
Candidates should:
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Possess good problem solving skills and attention to details
- Be familiar with self-service banking and cash operations
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
