Job Description

The candidate joining our group will be expected to work on high-impact automation initiatives leveraging tools like UiPath, Alteryx, Varcas, Pega, Xceptor etc. The programs will typically be in the Cross Organizational in and around Middle Office teams, where you will be required to identify opportunities for large impact transformation using a data driven approach and lead a program that will deliver on a target state vision to increase operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Champion and understand common industry Intelligent automation, data structures business processes and fundamentals of golden source with data interdependencies
  • Execute and manage Intelligent automation solutions, data analysis, data consumption, mapping, modelling, visualization, storage, maintenance, reporting and data leverage utilizing smart technology like Xceptor. Alteryx, UIPath Tableau etc.
  • Responsible to produce metrics, KPI and analysis to assist globally based teams in making data-based conclusions.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing feedback from LOB interaction to help drive DPS initiatives.
  • Intelligent Automation/Data Analytics/Test Automation Delivery co-ordination with Clients, third parties and internal JPM Teams across technology.
  • Responsible for seamless execution and delivery for Intelligent Automation/Data Analytics/Test Automation work streams.
  • Leads with confidence and understanding, considerate of others, supportive during high pressure situations and celebrates successes equally of colleagues and team alike

Skillsets and Experience required:
  • Minimum 3 years of overall experience in a project management/data analytics role is required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Intelligent Automation is mandatory
  • Hands on experience in RPA, Automation, Data analysis, Visualization, Analytics or AI is a must (any of - Ui Path, Varcas, Alteryx, Pega, Xceptor etc)
  • Experience in Data Analysis/ Analytics/AI is advantageous
