Business Analyst IDAM is currently required for a 6 months contract with option to extend to work on a new IDAM initiative which is part of a larger Security /infrastructure transformation program of work.
You will be required to perform the following:
To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Business Analyst who has solid experience in requirements elicitation and facilitating workshops in the IDAM, Security or infrastructure space. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are a must.

- Conduct workshops / requirements elicitation sessions in order to identify key (prioritised) application/ AD groups / use cases by which recertification campaigns are to be run
- Elicit business requirements (verify/validate with key stakeholders), identify appropriate access rules for prioritised groups
- Work/confirm with teams and stakeholders to validate the identity store and ownership model - this is imperative for the functioning of a campaign
- Communicate/inform users of recertification process/windows and access via GUI
- Assist in any educational piece/information transfer that will be necessary to stakeholder group in terms of undertaking the requisite tasks
- Develop a picture of the current-state, obtain an overview of the current level of integrations in the system and how information flows in/out of these systems
- Identify a picture/high-level view of the 'To-Be' state, identifying how the IDAM-Workday integration can be utilised to establish future state
