Accounting and Administrative Officer - Germany MNC

Client Details

Our client is a Germany MNC Manufacturing company focus on IT products. With 20 offices over the world, and around 2000 employees across the region, they are now looking for an Accounting and Administrative Officer to cope with business expansion in coming Q2 season.

Description

• Coordinate with banks for banking issues
• Review and organise the bank documents
• Do bookkeeping for couples of companies under the group, with supervision from the direct manager;
• Coordinate with auditor for auditing
• Follow the internal control procedures to well organise the paper works for proper internal records.
• Handle the general office administrative matters
• Assist the direct manager to manage the ad-hoc projects, include but not limited to office and other properties acceptance checking, office renovation and move-in, etc
• Make arrangement for business entertainment when necessary and coordinate the process to ensure everything runs smoothly

Profile

• Bachelor degree
• 2 to 5 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS software
• Fluent in Mandarin, China background is a plus
• Professional proficiency in English, French language is a plus but not a must
• Strong ownership to work and be willing to learn and learn fast
• Team player and details oriented
• Be able to embrace the company culture
